thinking about a wire-inspired rewrite of the snl boston teens sketch, except it would be baltimore teens and everyone would yell OMAAHHHHHHH.
today i am spending all afternoon with various tiny babies and then i am going grocery shopping and erranding and watching lots of television and trying to hide my excitement because samwise is here TOMORROW.
new years eve was a 10 out of 10. i spent the rest of the day having bonfires in wickford and making pizza and finishing season 2 of the wire and being cozy and packing to go back to brooklyn in the morning, AND now there are only three days til samwise. i like 2012.

ugh it’s only wednesday and i am so incredibly burnt out. i took a nap earlier and woke up feeling even more tired and now i’m supposed to do reading and revise my personal essay and i just want to sleep. blehhhh.

rhode island weekends are infinitely cozy and i wish that i had more of them. today i spent almost an entire afternoon snuggled up on couches eating pie and drinking coffee and having adventures with samwise and just thinking about it now makes me unbelievably content. it was just cold enough for layers and naps and thick blankets and stump and bonfires. two days is never long enough.
